This is our ICQ / IRC web chat. You have to wait for a moment for the chat software to load.
Then select your nickname when prompted or click on Nick to do so. Then select a room from the drop down list ( MEI ). You start in the channel Armenia (Worldlounge.com users chat there as well).
You can make the chat pop in a new window by pressing Float.
If you have MIRC connect to server irc.icq.com and go to room #MEI.
